TMS therapy for depression, anxiety and OCD is FDA approved and covered by most insurance. Although MeRT therapy uses TMS, an FDA-cleared technology, MeRT is considered an off-label application and is a cash pay service at this time.

For 'on-label' TMS treatment, we handle insurance claims directly on behalf of the patient. However, for 'off-label' MeRT treatment, we do not file insurance claims on behalf of the patient. Nevertheless, our staff is readily available to assist patients by providing all necessary forms, CPT codes, and invoices required for them to submit their own claims.

For conditions like Depression and OCD that are consider "on label ", insurance usually reimburses.  Also patients successfully receive reimbursement for EEGs and clinical evaluations. The amount covered is vary by insurance plan. Usually  patients receive a 30-75% reimbursement for claims submitted. However “off label" treatments are rarely reimbursed by insurances.
